FearLess Revolution to Feature Women Green Business Leaders at
2nd Annual Women Leading Green Event, Boulder, October 1, 2014

BOULDER, CO – September 16, 2014 – Inspiring stories can lead to informed action, and women role models in the green business and healthy lifestyle movement can teach us a lot – and motivate others to pursue their green business aspirations. It is with this hope and intent that FearLess Revolution presents the second annual Women Leading Green event at eTown Hall, Boulder, CO, on Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2014, 6 p.m.
The evening at eTown Hall will feature Maria Rodale, ceo and Chairman of Rodale Inc., publisher of Prevention Magazine, Men’s Health, Organic Gardening and more; Marci Zaroff, founder of Under the Canopy and ceo of I Am Enlightened Products; and Zhena Muzyka, motivational speaker, author and founder of Zhena’s Gypsy Teas.
Together, the panelists will share their stories and unique perspectives on topics including launching a mission-based business, cultivating your vision, collaborating with partners, and building a successful and sustainable brand. Hosted by Alex Bogusky, co-founder, and Seleyn DeYarus, executive director of FearLess Revolution, the conversation promises to be inspirational and entertaining, full of vibrant, engaging anecdotes, humor and insights and includes a question and answer segment for both event attendees and live stream viewers.
As part of the evening, Living GREEN Foundation will present the FearLess Women Leading Green non-profit awards for 2014. The Living GREEN Foundation is a Boulder-based 501c3 establishing fiscally sponsored projects and donor advised funds for people with great ideas and the courage to make a positive social or environmental impact. Living GREEN works with clients, donors, and project leaders to identify solutions for people, planet, and peace by pursuing innovative approaches to promote human well being, restore the natural world, and create prosperity.
This year the Living GREEN Foundation is recognizing the efforts of women in Boulder who are leading non-profit activities and remain committed to a more sustainable future.
“This award seeks to promote and support the efforts of the women leading non-profits in our community; each spends countless hours to ensure a sustainable future for all of us. This year we have selected a group of extraordinary women who serve in different non-profit capacities yet work toward the same goal, a more sustainable future”, said Matthew King, President and CEO of the Living GREEN Foundation.
“We’re very much looking forward to this opportunity to welcome to the FearLess community three highly esteemed female leaders and recognize local women leaders who are paving the way today for a more sustainable tomorrow,” said Bogusky. ?
