EUROPEAN COUNCIL ADOPTS REVISED ECO-DESIGN DIRECTIVE
The European Council yesterday adopted a revised eco-design Directive. The revised Directive will extend its scope beyond “Energy-using Products” (EuP) to allow regulation of “energy-related” products such as windows, shower heads and water taps.
