The Environmental & Social Risk Analysis (ESRA) Online Course will be held in the following dates in 2013:

The ESRA Online Course is a product of the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI), the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, and the INCAE Business School, with the support of the Ecobanking Project. Initially developed in Spanish in 2006 by the UNEP FI Latin American Regional Task Force, with the support of Bank of America, the English-language edition of the course was produced in 2007 thanks to the support of FMO.
The objective of the ESRA Online Course is to educate employees of local, regional and international financial institutions with a focus on emerging markets in the identification, analysis and management of environmental and social risks generated through their lending and investment activities.
The course is offered as a 3 week-course in English, with an average time commitment of two hours per day from Monday to Friday. The timetable is flexible, with participants able to set their own study times. Upon successful completion of the courseparticipants will receive a certificate of completion from UNEP FI, INCAE, Ecobanking and GIZ.
Since 2005, UNEP FI and its partners have trained more than 3,300 professionals from the financial sector across 115 countries in our ESRA Training Programme.
