Next week is going to be a red letter week for us as we will be launching four products in four days across two continents.

If you find yourself in Bonn for #COP23 then swing by the Fiji pavilion on 13 November at 6:30pm for the global launch of the joint initiative between the World Bank Group and UN Environment, the Roadmap for a Sustainable Financial System report and if you cannot be there, then feel to join us at the Singapore launch of the same report on 16 November.

For a closer look at the report before it comes out, have a look at the exquisite infographic that highlights some of major issues and landmark numbers from the report.

Sinagpore brings us to the launch of three (yes, you read that right THREE!) new ground-breaking publications, the China Green Finance Progress Report, the ‘Green Finance opportunities in ASEAN report’ and the ‘Singapore as a Green Finance Hub for ASEAN and Asia report’. We will be sending a lot more information about these reports and their launches next week, so please keep an eye out for them.

  1. Roadmap on Sustainable Finance – a collaboration with the World Bank – 13 and 16 November launch
  2. Singapore as a Green Finance Hub for ASEAN and Asia – a collaboration with the Singapore Institute for International Affairs on the request of the Monetary Authority of Singapore – 15 November launch
  3. ASEAN Green Finance Opportunities – a collaboration with the DBS Bank, the first quantification of the green finance opportunities across the region – 15 November launch
  4. China Green Finance Progress Report – a collaboration with the Central University for Finance and Economics in Beijing, the first published review of progress in China on green finance set against the State Council’s 35 recommendations on green finance adopted in August 2016 – 16 November launch

As space is limited for the Singapore launch on 16 November, interested participants should contact [email protected] to register.

We will have a lot of updates and information coming through next week (so prepare yourself!) as well as an e-alert tomorrow on the Sustainable Insurance Forum which will include a fantastic opinion piece by Nick Robins and California Insurance Commissioner Dave Jones. The perfect weekend read!
