Climate Bonds Annual Conference – Green Trillions into the 2020s
I’m sending you this Advisory and Save the Date to our 2019 Annual Conference and 4th Annual Green Bond Pioneer Awards, 5-7th March in London.
In the light of the SR15 Report and the rise in global emissions, the Annual Conference is themed Green Trillions into the 2020s.
This theme reflects the brown to green response required from global finance: the banks & insurers, the 160+ largest corporate emitters, institutional investors, pension & sovereign funds, asset managers and regulators.
In short, the size and direction of capital flows all the major actors in the finance ecosystem need to engineer (individually and collectively) against the SR15 time frames.
