On Wednesday, 16 November 2016, the event “Accelerating Implementation: Transitioning to Low Carbon and Climate Resilient Development Pathways” took place at the Marrakech Climate Change Conference (COP 22), hosted by International Development Research Centre (IDRC), Republic of Uganda, The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), Business for Social Enterprise (BSR), and African Centre for Technology Studies (ACTS).
