Corporate Governance Reform Green Paper

Jay OwenReforming Global Finance, SRI/ESG News, TV Series

Tomorrow’s Company welcomes the Government’s announcement on corporate governance.  We believe that employee advisory boards can play a major role in helping to re-establish trust in business. All organisations with long chains of command can suffer as issues and experiences get diluted on their way up through management. Employee advisory boards can be a way of ensuring that the voice of the grassroots and the shop-floor are heard on a variety of matters that affect businesses.

We don’t believe that there should be a one-size-fits-all approach to advisory boards.  We need to work with companies to help design the best model for them including using technology to get feedback on business issues.
