First Impact Trade Mission | Dept. of Commerce
US Commercial ServiceNEW YORK, NY (April 30, 2013) – Watershed Capital Group & the Department of Commerce announced their collaboration to organize an Impact & Sustainable Private Equity Certified Trade Mission (CTM). This is the first trade mission to feature fund managers operating in the impact and sustainable sectors. The Impact CTM will take place the week of September 30, 2013 and will involve delegation meetings in Amsterdam, London, and Zurich.

SJF VenturesSJF III Oversubscribed In Final Closing
SJF Ventures conducted the final closing on its third fund with more than $90MM in capital commitments, tripling the size of the previous fund. Investors included Citi, Deutsche Bank, Annie E. Casey Foundation, F. B. Heron Foundation, MetLife, Prudential Financial, and many others. Watershed Capital Group assisted in raising a portion of the fund.
