Additional costs, for which you are separately responsible are your hotel accommodations and transport to/from the hotel.
Accommodations at special group rates are being held for the Maio&Co Threshold participants at The Mountain Mermaid, Topanga Canyon Inn and Tuscali Mountain Inn.
