With the start of 2020, I wanted to shoot you a quick note to share some exciting news.

The first ECOR facility in the Netherlands has been awarded a CO2 grant from the Government, totaling of €1,748,039.

This grant was awarded for the facility’s forecasted impact on CO2 reduction in 2020, in alignment with the country’s national climate agreement, set to redefine climate leadership within Europe and requiring the Country to cut greenhouse gas emissions by 95% by 2050 (compared to levels in 1990).

Global governments and businesses are heavily focused on reducing carbon, both for environmental benefit and to create economic value. The Dutch government has been the tip-of-the-spear for much of efforts to enable a circular economy and to reduce carbon, and the technology choices they make are looked to and followed by much of the developed world – making this so exciting.

This grant is an iconic milestone. Not only does it represent a phenomenal annual return to the project exceeding the equity contribution for the facility, it also sets a precedent for future factories from to receive like-minded economic benefits from host governments.

The value in reducing carbon emissions is set to rise tremendously in the years to come, and this positive environmental impact will continue to provide a range of economic benefits to the ECOR technology, our company and shareholders.

As an investor, I am confident you will recognize the remarkable opportunity ECOR represents both financially and as a global environmental solution you should be participating in.

I’d welcome scheduling a call to update you on this, other iconic milestones achieved, our new management hires to catalyze hyper growth and their 2020 plans.
