Dear Reader,
last year, in one of our first newsletters, we presented to you the mushroom farming on coffee waste.
We made you acquainted with Chido Govera, an orphan from Zimbabwe, who at an age of only 11 years learned to grow mushrooms on organic waste like coffee grounds and thus earned a living for herself and her family. Today, she is in her mid-20s and has a huge experience in mushroom cultivation, an art which she already taught to several hundrets of people.
