NCSE seeks submissions that align with this year’s conference theme, Science in Environmental Decision-Making. In today’s world, where environmental challenges have grown more complex, the risks greater, and the stakes higher, the role of science in environmental decision-making remains as essential as ever. NCSE 2020 will explore the various ways that science serves and contributes to the policy- and decision-making process. Submissions should fit broadly into the following topic areas: Boundary Spanning Between Science and Policy· Environmental Law and Decision-Making· Policy Perspectives and Historical Examples· Emerging Issues in Environmental Science and Policy· Environmental Markets and Finance Submission Deadline: July 3, 2019, at 11:59 p.m. ET |
