On Tuesday 25 October, Millennia2015 and the Women and eHealth International Working Group were presented at the eHealth pavilion at Telecom 2011, in Geneva (http://world2011.itu.int/) by Dr Veronique Thouvenot. The booth was visited by several visitors such as Mrs Katherine de Tolly, mHealth Project Manager & Senior Researcher at Cell-Life, Cape Town, South Africa (http://www.cell-life.org/) and Mr Claudio Giugliemma, President of the Dominic Foundation, Switzerland (http://www.dominic-foundation.org/).
Empowering women to have access and use ICTs for health needs stronger collaboration and information sharing at all levels. Telecom 2011 represents a unique opportunity to meet, dialogue and envisage potential future collaborations.
