Giuseppe La Manna – since 1979, has been an entrepreneur in the sales representative area for the producing divs. of Emerson Electric, Rosemount, MicroMotion and Rosemount Analytical. Recognized by Emerson for his outstanding leadership by being the rep company that provided them with best returns.

In the three Venezuelan companies, Vertix, Integra & NAS, Giuseppe implemented the following Sales & Quality programs:
  • Technical Training in the US for Rosemount, MicroMotion and Rosemount Analytical products
  • Sales Training: Tactical, Strategic and Financial Selling
  • Lominger Competency Evaluation Model for all employees
  • Continuous Quality Improvement Program
  • Personal Coaching for Executives
By training an Electronic Engineer from Stevens Institute of Technology (1969). Has served in numerous capacities throughout his career, as a Test Engineer (Underwriter’s Laboratories, USA), Design Engineer (Creole Petroleum Corp.,Venezuela), Sales Engineer (Empresas Norte – Sur, Venezuela), Sales Manager & Director (Sistemas y Componentes de Control, S.A., Venezuela) and finally as CEO & Chairman of the Board of his company, Vertix Instrumentos, S.A. (Venezuela). Also a director of Integra Solutions & Technologies, C.A. (Venezuela), Northland Automation & Services (Venezuela & USA) and Industrial Sourcing Services (USA).  The Vertix, Integra & NAS group has over 125 employees, about 50% of them engineers and achieved annual sales of more than USD 50 million.
On the personal side, since 1984, Giuseppe has studied and practiced the Macrobiotics way of life which combines the Integral concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Nutrition. Also in the field of nutrition, he has a degree in Plant Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Foundation / Cornell University.
