She replied by stating that she has noticed a significant increase but has not measured the composition of the aerosols. This observation was also noted in a recent study by the National Ocean Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)…
“At the AAAS meeting in 2010, geoengineers boasted about their ability to heat up over 400 square miles of our atmosphere….
“Weather began to be traded as a tradable commodity at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in 1997….
“Also, as discussed in Introduction to Weather Derivatives, there has been a recent birth of another new market, catastrophe options. According to Chicago Mercantile Exchange Trader Michael Agne, when investing in these options, corporations can gain tremendous profits from certain catastrophes. He went on to state that certain groups have gained money and power from the mass flooding and relentless droughts that we have seen in the past few years….”
He concludes by saying that the corporatization of weather not only increases profits for speculators, but also enables One World government
