CTEF, Caribbean Tourism Energy Forum, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, December 10-11. New Energy Events launches Caribbean Tourism: The Energy Forum (CTEF) co-hosted by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the Government of the Dominican Republic.
