The WorldBlu List of Most Democratic Workplaces 2012 is our most global list to date, with organizations from six continents now certified.

The WorldBlu List of Most Democratic Workplaces? 2012 is comprised of 48 organizations from a diversity of industries including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, services and energy, with combined annual revenue of over $17 billion.

They range in size from five to 90,000 employees and are located in the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK, Netherlands, Denmark, Malaysia, Haiti, India, New Zealand, South Africa and Singapore.

Well-known companies to make the WorldBlu List 2012 include Zappos.com, HCL Technologies, New Belgium Brewery, DaVita, Great Harvest Bread Company and the WD-40 Company.

Since first launching the WorldBlu List of Most Democratic Workplaces in 2007, the number of organizations certified has grown steadily with combined annual revenues increasing from just $3 billion to over $17 billion. WorldBlu has either certified organizational members or individual members now in 70 countries worldwide, up from just three countries when it first began.
