A SPECIAL INVITATION: Beloved Community and Good Trouble for the Climate and Our World – How to Collaborate, Advocate, Translate, and Educate

Christiana Figueres & Roshi Joan Halifax
Sunday, December 11, 2022
10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST)

This radical micro-training offered by social change agents and Buddhists, Christiana Figueres and Roshi Joan Halifax, offers important and new tools for building beloved community, locally and globally, and making good trouble together, as communities of action. Christiana and Roshi bring their decades of experience addressing systemic and on-the-ground issues related to the environment and social injustice and offer important tools for how to collaborate, advocate, translate, and educate.

In this last session of the Socially Engaged Buddhist Training, we open the training to the wider community, with gratitude and on a donation basis. To access this special time with Roshi Joan and Christiana Figueres, please register, unless you are in the Socially Engaged Buddhist Training.

Most of our online programs are free, and donations make it possible for us to offer these powerful teachings and opportunities for practice.

Registered participants may join the program any time. You will have access to the recordings on the Resource Page as they become available. We use Zoom and a link is provided about a day before as well as half an hour before the program.

If you’ve already registered and offered a donation, we sincerely thank you.
