30 Corporate Execs will recruit and train Black Employees

Jay OwenReforming Global Finance, SRI/ESG News

If we were all good we would not need these types of programs or diversity officers (the Black jobs).  “30 chief executive officers are backing a startup that will connect employers with Black workers”. This is still a problem:

We need to establish a grant program to be given to Black sole proprietorships with annual salary of less than $100k a $25,000 grant to employ and train Black employees.  Approximately $2.5 billion is required.
