“Ethical Markets agrees with Thom Hartmann and has advocated extending liability insurance to all gun owners and purchasers in the same way that all vehicle owners must have liability insurance. This raises no 2nd Amendment issues and all legal precedents are established, as well as the fact that many insurance companies already sell gun owners liability insurance which the NRA does not challenge. This is a huge new market for the insurance industry now that many companies are exiting from the healthcare market. Just follow the money!
