The theme for this newsletter is Engaging the Public.  As I write, the Copenhagen Climate Summit has wound to a close. Let us pray that it is the gateway to a new level of global engagement. The fractiousness, chaos, longing and hope are a potent mix of human tensions. Whatever the oucomes it seems that we will need to learn new ways of engaging one another to become more effective — more effective at listening, more effective at responding, more effective at sharing and more effective at designing new structures of engagement.
