SDSN at the UN High-Level Political Forum (HLPF) on Sustainable Development
The 2018 HLPF focused on the theme of Transformation Towards Sustainable and Resilient Societies. This year’s event highlighted the following SDGs: 6, 7, 11, 12, 15, and as with every year, SDG 17. Launch of the 2018 SDG Global Index and Dashboards
On 17 July, SDSN and Bertelsmann Stiftung released the 2018 SDG Index and Dashboards at the Permanent Mission of Germany to the United Nations. The 2018 report, entitled “Global Responsibilities – Implementing the Goals,” features all 193 UN member states and presents new trend data for each country, as well as research on G20 national SDG implementation mechanisms. Publication of the 2018 Youth Solutions Report
SDSN Youth launched the second edition of the Youth Solutions Report at the SDSN Headquarters in New York on 16 July. The report identified 50 youth-led projects from 61 countries that address crucial sustainable development challenges. The report also includes substantive chapters with recommendations to advance youth involvement in the realization of the 2030 Agenda.

Become and SDG Academy University Partner for Spring 2019
Applications have opened for SDSN member institutions to join the SDG Academy University Partnership Program (UPP) for the Spring 2019 term. Through this program, partner universities work closely with SDG Academy staff to integrate SDG Academy course content into new and existing academic programs related to sustainable development.
