Willamette Neighborhood Housing Services (WNHS) is seeking candidates for Lending & Home Retention Coordinator.

The Lending & Home Retention Coordinator at WNHS coordinates the operation of a multi-service program that helps low-income people finance their first home and maintain home ownership over time. Program services include: foreclosure prevention counseling and origination of first and second mortgage loans, down payment assistance loans, and housing rehabilitation loans.

Key duties include:
Counseling clients who are facing foreclosure or are in need of default counseling.
Originating acceptable and well-documented residential mortgages and purchase assistance products, and doing so in compliance with all laws and regulations.
Supervising the Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program.
