Gaia’s Feasts launches

Head of Food, Julia Ponsonby, launches her new book Gaia’s Feasts, the long-awaited follow-up to Gaia’s Kitchen, winner of the Gourmand Best Vegetarian Cookbook prize. William On Sabbatical

House Manager William Thomas takes 8 months sabbatical after 24 years at the College. He’ll be researching his book ‘Housekeeping Hints and Tips from Schumacher College’ and planning a walking pilgrimage to take place on his return next April.
