Administrative Associate. This front desk administrative position is a key member of the RSF Staff and responsible for ensuring that all visitors, Staff and Board have a positive experience when greeted at the front door, on the phone or via email.

Chief Financial Officer. This member of our Executive Team will hold primary responsibility for overseeing all aspects of RSF’s financial, accounting, and financial risk management, including ensuring the financial sustainability and protection of RSF’s assets.

Community Engagement Manager. S/he designs and coordinates events, special programs, and community engagement activities in partnership with the Marketing and Client Engagement teams.

Financial Accountant. S/he will provide accounting support to the entire organization.

Investment Manager/Senior Manager. S/he will help design and then manage the execution of RSF’s new investment strategy to optimize the impact of philanthropic DAF assets through due-diligencing, structuring, and making recommendations on capital deployment.

Senior Director, Credit. S/he will manage RSF’s credit team and oversee the loan approval process as well as the underwriting an annual review process.
