Akola connects women on two continents through artisanship and opportunity
Akola, a globally-inspired jewelry brand and RSF client, provides living wage jobs for women in both Dallas and Uganda, and that’s only the beginning. The enterprise is working toward having its entire supply chain—fabrication, assembly, shipping, and office work—benefit women in need.

We’re hiring for two positions:
Controller. The Controller will report to the CFO and manages the operations of the Accounting Department for RSF and its related companies.
Senior Manager, Client Engagement. This role will support RSF’s overall fundraising efforts by selling investment offerings with an emphasis on RSF’s Social Investment Fund (SIF).
