We’ve been investing in affordable housing for more than 20 years
Since we first started our work more than 20 years ago we’ve been investing in affordable housing across the U.S. In this time we’ve contributed to the development and preservation of thousands of quality homes, a vital need for individuals and families.
We recently made a $5 million investment in the Jonathan Rose Companies’ latest affordable housing preservation fund. The fund will enable the acquisition of existing multifamily rental units with the goal of preserving affordability, improving living quality, and reducing the properties’ environmental footprint.
