Breaking: A federal court just rejected an effort by Comcast and their allies to overturn Net Neutrality!1

This is a huge win—but our opposition refuses to quit. In fact, Paul Ryan literally announced plans TODAY for legislation that would undermine this court’s decision.2

And the lawyers representing Comcast will push to overturn this decision on appeal. Will you stand with us in the fight to defend Net Neutrality by chipping in $5?

Yes, I’ll donate $5 to help defend Net Neutrality.

Today’s decision by the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals is big because telecommunications industry lawyers have been successful in stopping previous protections for Net Neutrality in court. But The New York Times is calling today’s decision a “slam-dunk” win for our side.3

This has been a massive fight, and it’s far from over.

And let’s remember what’s at stake. If we lose, it means ISPs like Comcast will be able to give preferential treatment to big corporations who pay extra while sticking the rest of us on an Internet slow lane. Net Neutrality is essential to protect the free and open internet as we know it.

Today, we won an important battle. But it’s far from over—and we need your help. Will you chip in $5?

Yes, I’ll chip in $5 to help defend Net Neutrality.

Thanks for standing with us.
