Tania Framst is vice-president operations and sales at Lucky Iron Fish, a growing social enterprise with big aspirations: to tackle and wipe out iron deficiency. A certified B-Corporation, Lucky Iron Fish has received major international awards and recognition from the Clinton Global Initiative University, O, the Oprah Magazine, BBC, Wired, Grand Challenges Canada, the Cannes International Lions Festival, the CLIO Awards, the Edison Awards, and EthicMark.

Tania has worked as a senior manager in the public and not-for-profit sectors in food security, community development and fundraising and is committed to using business as a force for social good.

Tania has volunteered locally and abroad with a number of social and political organizations and was the co-organizer of the University of Guelph’s World Record Events to Fight Hunger,  massive emergency relief meal packing events that set two world records and packed over one million meals.

Tania is the recipient of a 2016 YMCA Women of Distinction Award for business and entrepreneurship and in 2014 was named as one of Guelph’s 40 Under 40 leaders making a difference. She was also a 2015 fellow at the Unreasonable Institute in Boulder Colorado.
