Ladislau Dowbor, Ethical Markets Representative to Rio+20 has started the round of side events.
Prof. Dowbor presented the Green Transition Scoreboard® to the Instituto Ethos Conference, Wednesday, June 13, 2012.
Speaking of Alicia Bárcena, Executive Secretary of ECLAC and moderator of the UN Secretary General’s interactive dialogue on June 22, Prof. Dowbor said,
“Alicia organized a basic strategy document for Latin America, La Hora de la Igualdad (A time for Equality), a fantastic study on the main options in our region. For the first time, we have a real contribution of ECLAC to guide us. Women are coming everywhere, Hazel. They sure are welcome.”
