Laura Roberts is the co-founder and chief executive officer of Pantheon Enterprises.  For almost two decades Laura has brought her dedication to environmental advocacy, education and disruptive innovation to the company’s purpose to sustain better life through conscious chemistry.   In her role at Pantheon Enterprises, a leading industrial chemical manufacturer of environmentally safe chemistry and products, Laura is also a driven advocate of conscious business for change, conservation and chemical policy.

Recognized as “The Toxic Avenger” by Forbes Magazine, Laura is fiercely committed to shattering the myth that safer chemical technologies are less effective and more expensive.  Her efforts to drive the corporate mission and purpose have resulted in many of Pantheon’s products receiving awards in multiple markets and recognition from the EPA. In 2012, Pantheon Enterprises was recognized as one of Ethisphere’s World’s Most Ethical Companies.

In addition to being a member of Pantheon’s Board of Directors, Laura serves on the Conscious Capitalism National Board of Directors, promoting higher purpose in business; Church World Services (CWS), an organization dedicated to eradicating hunger and poverty and to promoting peace and justice around the world, the World President’s Organization (WPO) and the American Sustainable Business Council. She also contributes to advisory committee work for Beyond Benign, an organization created by Dr. John Warner, founder of the field of Green Chemistry, doing work dedicated to revolutionizing the way chemistry is taught to better prepare students.

A summa cum laude graduate of Northern Arizona University, Laura is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and for two successive years enjoyed the distinction of being the University’s highest ranking scholar. She is a graduate of the highly regarded business executive program at MIT Sloan School of Management, a three-year program called “Birthing of Giants” was ranked by Inc. Magazine as the number one educational program of its kind.  She is also a graduate of the Integral Leadership Program at the Stagen Institute.  Laura is the mother of a daughter and two sons who are also deep believers in sustaining better life through conscious chemistry.
