Corporate Governance, Fair Operating Practices and Government Relations

The next module of the new Professional Master’s in CSR offered by CSR Asia in collaboration with the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand, will be delivered in Bangkok over four intensive days from Friday 23rd to Monday 26th March, 2012. The module, which can be taken as an individual ‘stand-alone’ course, will focus on the good corporate governance that is the foundation of good CSR. Key corporate governance challenges in the region will be considered including the power of shareholders, government relations, competition, Board diversity, socially responsible investment and bribery and corruption.
