Human Resource Management, Diversity and Inclusion

The next module of the new Professional Master´s in CSR offered by CSR Asia in collaboration with the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand, will be delivered in Bangkok over four intensive days from Friday 3rd to Monday 6th February, 2012.

The module, which can also be taken as an individual ´stand-alone´ course, will focus on linking effective CSR strategies to good human resource management practices and involving staff in CSR activities as a way to attract, motivate and retain staff.

The module also examines issues such as non-discrimination, equal opportunities and strategies for promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
