Boston Common Asset Management Names Thomas Darling, Cfa, As Senior Global Equity Analyst

Boston Common Asset Management, LLC, an investment manager and leader in global sustainability initiatives, announced today that Thomas Darling, CFA has joined the firm as a Senior Global Equity Analyst.

“We are fortunate to add someone with Tom’s experience, talent, and passion for sustainability” said Geeta Aiyer, Founder and President of Boston Common Asset Management. “We believe his contributions will allow us to deepen our global research coverage and enhance our work with clients to engage portfolio companies and create impact.”

Mr. Darling brings 14 years of industry experience to his role as part of Boston Common’s integrated environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investment team. Most recently, he spent six years as an Analyst at Evergreen Investments covering Technology and Healthcare companies, and then served as a Fellow at the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources, working to engage private investment in energy efficiency improvements. Mr. Darling received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He majored in Economics and Asian Studies at Colgate University and studied Mandarin Chinese at the Taipei Language Institute. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute® and is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.

At Boston Common, Mr. Darling will focus on segments of the Technology, Healthcare, and Utilities sectors, while working within a close-knit global investment team.
