Unique Crowd Funding Charity Raffle for Oregon Coast View Lot

Non-profit Archangel Ancient Tree Archive and Sustainable Land Development Initiative announced they will join local Port Orford Community Stewardship Area (POCSA) partners Ocean Mountain Ranch and the Rotary Club of Port Orford in planting a champion coast redwood clone sapling on a sheltered ½+ acre property which will be raffled to raise funds for the community service scholarship fund to promote social sustainability on the southern Oregon coast.

The raffle will be conducted by the Port Orford Rotary pursuant to a license issued by the State of Oregon and in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State and Federal Government. This event follows a gifting of another clone from a champion redwood tree to the local Pacific High School where the tree was planted on Earth Day 2013, in concert with other champion tree plantings around the world – The Rotary Club of Port Orford lot raffle drawing will be held at 7 PM, October 26, 2013 at the Port Orford Community Building, 421 11th Street, Port Orford, Oregon.
