WWF: FIVE YEARS TO BEGIN LOW CARBON REVOLUTION
The transition towards a low carbon economy must begin by 2014 at the latest to avoid
dangerous climate change, according to a WWF report issued on Monday. Beyond this
point it will be impossible to deliver the emission cuts recommended by scientists.
